I've puzzled over Exhibit B in the Schedule 2 document, which you're agreeing to when you sign up to the developer program. Apple lists a bunch of countries for which "Apple shall collect and remit to the competent tax authorities the taxes.." and then there are a list of countries for which "Apple shall not collect and remit the taxes ... You shall be solely responsible for the collection and remittance of such taxes as may be required by local law."

Does anyone know what this means for someone like myself - an independent developer. Up til now I've only been selling in the first list of countries, but I've been wondering how many potential sales I'm missing out on by not including the second list.

What are the rest of you doing? Choosing all the available regions on itunes connect for your apps, or limiting it like me?

I'm not based in the US (I'm in the UK), if it makes a difference.
