Hello, today I found out (using iStat Pro), that the idle speed of the left fan is about 150 rpm faster than the right one. Is that normal? Anybody can confirm this?

Idle speed right fan = 2000 rpm
Idle speed left fan = 2150 rpm

Yes, that's normal. I've seen it in reviews. I suspect it's to help avoid sound peaking at one frequency, which would cause a more annoying sound profile.

The cause may be the CPU sitting on the left hand side, if I'm not wrong.

Since the GPU shouldn't be producing any heat on idle, there's no need for enhanced cooling.
