TC not auto found in leopard

So i just upgraded to leopard to complement my 500gb TC. Previously in tiger, as soon as i turned on my mac and connected to the TC as a router, the TC appeared on my desktop. Now this no longer happens, it seems to access it i have to open up finder > shared > then select it so that it connects

any ideas about this? i think its affecting time machine from working properly too

I put it in my Startup Items. Cured.

right, so how exactly do i do that?

Prefs - Accounts - Startup Items - click the "+" and when the window opens, find "Time Capsule", highlight it and click "Add" or "Open", whatever it says.
