TCP/IP settings grayed out

Hi,
I'm trying to configure port forwarding on my friends mbp, but his tcp/ip settings are grayed out. Anyone know how to fix this?

Unlock those settings? Usually if settings in the System Preferences can't be changed it's because they're locked (which is usually a good idea IMO).
