Anybody here use the TD Ameritrade app on the iPad 11"? I do a lot of trading and love their app on my iPhone 8+. I can't see all my positions at once on the phone so wanted an iPad. I use this app a lot and seeing all positions is important when I am trying to swing trade. So was just wondering if anybody has experience with that app?

I do. I do not recommend it for trading. It's too fiddly and there isn't an easy way to put together option combo's, neither does it have a good ''analyze'' feature which you also need for managing position. It's OK for checking charts though.

I am not really doing complicated stings of options. I am more or less the dumpster diver of traders. I was luck enough to get 40 free trades that don't seem to be going down as I trade. I take a picture everyday of my account stuck at 40 free trades and called and asked them and they said it was good. The lady said if they are froze I am lucky because she verified there were no commissions.

So I am just more or less looking at my positions and watch list screen and scalping and trading all the swings. With no commission there is no reason not to hop in and out. I can afford to do trades that make less than $13 of fees now and these add up if done everyday. I wish I was smarter people complain about fees all the time. Somebody good at this would have a field day.

Anyway so I am basically mostly staring at charts looking for down stocks and volatility. I think the iPad should work for that. I also like to have an orders view where I can see what prices and it has the current marks. I only really trade between positions I already own so there isn't much analysis.

It sounds like the iPad app is probably good enough for my needs.
