iPhone 17 Pro Team black, which color did you choose for 17 Pro?

I’m usually team black, but since there’s no black option for the 17 Pro this year, I’m stuck choosing between Deep Blue and Cosmic Orange.
(Silver’s an easy pass for me—I’ve never been into whitish or silvery iPhones.)

I kind of love both colors, but they’ve got such totally different vibes that it’s tough to pick just one. 😅

Honestly, this is the toughest color decision I’ve had to make since my very first iPhone (3GS). 😂

Blue (Da Ba Dee etc.) here. By chance, the wife got some freebie phone cases for our 13 Pro/Pro Max phones a few months ago. I've been using one that's fairly close to the Deep Blue finish and I rather like the colour, so it was an easy choice for me.

I was going to go for the Air in black but I'm with EE in the UK, and have heard a couple of horror stories from friends about eSIMs, so I went for the Pro Max.

Edit: I should add, I've got a black TechWoven case ordered for it and a camera protector in black, too, so I'm not sure how much of the blue will be visible!

I had to go silver on my 1TB 17PM. I can't stand having my phone a color. Many will regret the orange after purchase. I slap a thin case on it when it leaves the box so . . . . . . .

Deep Blue. I have a Blue Titanium 15 Pro so I wanted something but alas I didn't fancy the color options this year.

Silver comes second but the white rectangle on silver is a bit too glaring for me. I don't know if the white ceramic shield plate will be sufficiently masked in the semi-transparent cases I normally use.

Opted for a Deep Blue and will put on a dbrand matte black skin. This is to trick myself that I have a black iPhone 17 pro max for the next year until the 18 pro/pro max releases hoping to see space black return. 🤷‍♂️

I’ve always gone with black for my phones. I have always loved the orange color even though you don’t see it often as a phone color choice.

I think even if black was offered this year I would have still gone orange for a change and for how much I like the color orange.

I usually get a protective case anyways, so it may not even make a difference in the end : )

12Pro: Blue. 14PM: Black. 15PM: Black. 17 Pro: Cosmic Orange.

Last really colourful phone I had was my Product Red XR, and since then I really missed having a different colour phone. Only thing I have reservations about are my MagSafe wallets. I have a black, light brown, dark brown and California Poppy. Unless it’s wearing a dark case, none of those will look right with orange. And, in my own time (evenings, weekends), my iPhone is case less, so having a black 15PM meant any colour wallet worked…

Looks like my black MagSafe is going to be the go to accessory the next couple of years! 😂

I love my white iPhone 11.

I can't decide which colour 17 to get - I need to wait until the stores have them on display so I can see them all. I'm leaning towards the silver at the moment, although my partner is more "oooo Orange! That's new and interesting. Want" which may also happen to me when I see one IRL.

I also need to feel/see the size and weight of the Pro Max, as I'm undecided whether to get that or the base 17.

Ended top choosing blue though I would have picked silver in any other situation like this but man, I cannot get past the look of the silver on that aluminum. Orange is one of my favorite colors but not the way they implemented it on the phones. What a weird set of options this year for the pro line.
