Had a gouge on my Bullstrap leather 12PM case and it’s turned in to a tear that will only get worse....suggestions?

You can try contacting them, and raise a claim with their warranty dept. On their website they have a section for warranty info, worth an email to ask…

Thanks, found this: sounds like I’ll get a replacement

Incredible Customer Service from Bullstrap:

Thank you for contacting Team Bullstrap! Oh no!! I am so sorry about your case. This definitely falls under our 1 year 1 replacement warranty policy! We would be more than happy to send you a replacement case. I have just communicated with my fulfillment team and they have been informed of the issue and will be sending a replacement case within the next few days.

Should you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Enjoy your Journey,
Alexis - Team Bullstrap

A buddy of mine had the same outcome. Tear from a drop and I suggested he send in an “oops” email and see what they say. Since they didn’t say anything about returning the damaged one I may end up with one myself. 🤞

I’ve just messaged them myself about the soft backing behind the phone coming away and a small scuff on the top right from damage, and they’re sending me another case out as well.

Amazing customer service!!!

It’s really good to see that they’re stepping up their CS. There were quite a few reports not so long ago of people having not so great experiences with them and there was really no excuse for that considering what they charge for their gear.

My replacement case arrived, however it doesn’t actually fit the phone. The screen at the bottom sits flush with the actual case and pops out really easily so have contacted them to see what they want to do…

UPDATE - Another replacement is being shipped out. Hopefully that one is okay.
