The deep screws were easy to remove using the special allen wrench :apple: gave repair techs back then. I remember the biggest pain in the tush part was cracking open the case. :apple: had a special prying clamp/wrench for that too. It was still a pain the the (_!_).

I use to repair those old Macs. 30 years already? Now I feel old.

Definitely an easy machine to repair. I had the extended Torx driver, Prying Clamp and Disharge Probe for the flyback lead from the monitor. All standard repair kit for an Apple Tech of the day.

They were a great little computer. I think the major thing that use to go wrong with them was that 330k resistor that died on the main power board.

Ahh the memories....
