Does anyone know if it can work with maximum charging efficiency when you connect the MagSafe Duo charger with iPhone 13 and Apple Watch 7 on it and AirPods Pro to the other port?

I wouldn't mind grabbing one of these if they ever go on sale

I have never seen Apple offer any of their power adapters on sale. Perhaps one can get them off of eBay for cheaper though.
