Teathering with Windows 7

teathering works fine except on my table pc with windows 7. it dont reconize it and it doesn't work on my iphone. i can unplug it and put on my vista and all works perfect. thoughts?

running win7 on my laptops and have no issues.

I have found that turning off wifi or disabling the network connection helps on my dell
