i just purchased this case today for my 6 plus at my local Verizon store. I had watched some YouTube videos on it, including Kristin here at MacRumors. Everyone really seemed to like the case.

Bear in mind I have never been a huge fan of tech 21 not wallet style cases, but I am greatly impressed with this case. Obviously there is great durability here with the D30, but that also extends to the front flap. I was also concerned with the fit around the phone, as that is most certainly an OCD issue with cases for me. I am happy to say, unlike other tech 21 cases, there is a nice tight fit.

The flap locks down nicely but it is not magnetized so it is not an auto sleep/awake function. The lock also provides a good stand in the horizontal vantage point as well

He only aspect I don't like, which is also typical in Tech 21 cases is the silly oversized camera hole. Not sure why it is so oddly enormous, but that is the only fault I find.

Overall it is a great case with front, back and side protection. The front flap also works well with my glass screen protector.

So happy you like the Tech21 Shell Wallet...and thanks for watching my review. It's funny about the fit of the Shell Wallet case--for some reason, they decided to make the fit tighter and the materials a bit upgraded. I wish the regular Shell case had the same construction! I have often wondered whether the 'Shell Wallet' is actually the 'Frame Wallet', and is based on Tech21's Classic Frame case, rather than the Classic Shell case. I've seen a few references to the Shell Wallet being called the Frame Wallet online. I've never actually seen the Classic Frame case, though, so I am just speculating. Glad you are happy with the case!
