My birthday is next wednesday and I don't know what I want... I have a Mac, don't want an Apple TV and also have an iPod, got any ideas? I'm thinking in the 200-300 range (and iPhone is unfortunately out of the question 🙁) Thanks!

What kind of Mac do you have? If you have a MB/MBP you can get an iMac or (much better) a Mac Pro (or vice-versa). Otherwise there's still the iPhone!😀

If you have no idea what you want, then I second the suggestion to ask for a donation to charity. No point in trying to come up with something that you want or need - if you're at the point where you're asking strangers for suggestions, it would suggest that you don't want or need anything.
Many other people in the world, though, do need things you would take for granted...

When I don't have anything I particularly want, I just ask for cash (or gift cards) and save it until I do. That way you can buy something you really want, later. Maybe that'd work better for you.
