Tech segment in NYC Cab about streaming TV on iPad

Was in a cab Thursday and saw a feature segment on some iPad/iPhone apps. i think it was ABC they also had one repeating about back packs but I can't remember the app they were talking about. The only thing I can remember is something like OB or OV TV. They mentioned going to their web page for more info but I could find nothing.

I think that it's mobitv. When I looked in the app store, it was only offered for the iPhone though.
