Tech tool cd not working.

Hi,
My tech tool cd (applecare one) is not readable be the drive.
I can not boot form it.
And when I put it in when the os in running and I put it in to my drive it spits it out.
Any help will be good.,

without meaning to be too basic... have you checked the disc is clean? Sounds like a scratched/dirty disc to me.

Hi,
The disk looks fine.
It seems like nothing was recorded on it at the factroy.
