Tech Tool Pro creating and edrive

I want to create and edrive, in using tech tool pro, but it is on two existing macs, one already has a bootcamp partition, and the other doesnt. I don't have a back up solution at the moment. has anyone set this up already on an already setup machine. Is that wise to do? I just want to check to avoid any problems before i do it.

Though i haven't done it... i've always been under the interpretation that the PURPOSE of the E-Drive was to let you make a emergency startup partition WITHOUT reformatting your whole drive. I'm not totally sure about it though.

If you email their tech support about it my guess is you'd get an answer on that within a day.
