I have a 6+ and a Tech21 with flexshock case. I don't use the case all of the time and only recently put it on the phone. The other day, leaving the house in a hurry and juggling more than I could carry, I ended up accidentally launching my iPhone with a force that I did not think was possible (because I tried to catch it and only flipped it faster) towards an end table in my office and it landed directly on a sharp metal corner, hitting the ground on one of its corners with a thud.

I picked it up expecting the worst but to my surprise the phone survived unscathed. There is a large indentation on the case on the back of the phone where it hit the corner of the table but all works as per normal. I'm lucky that the phone flipped in such a way as to hit the back, not the screen, and also that I had the Tech21 case on it.

Just wanted to share because I'm completely impressed with the case. It is thin but provides incredible protection and fits the iPhone like a glove. Highly recommend.

P.S. I do not work for Tech21 and while this might sound like an advertisement I just wanted to pass along for those looking for a thin case that provides great protection.

Tech21's "impactology" just can't be beat. I interviewed them several years ago at CTIA and watched as the CEO launched his iPhone across the room multiple times. If you're willing to use your own phone, you have to trust the protection.

I've seen similar demonstrations by Tech21 employees. Very impressive!!
