Nice shot of the Mac SE (SE/30?) sitting there in the vid (although not connected and running). I wonder if it's older than these guys :p

SE dual-floppy.

I'll wait to see one in person beforehand. As others have said, this seems too cheap for reality.

Also, how does the mini stay in it? I understand that it "clips" on via the magnets (like a smart cover would,) but that doesn't explain how it stays flat against it. Only the iPad edge touching closest to the front would stay put. Jiggle it a little too hard, and the iPad will fall forward onto you. (I've done this with an existing case accidentally.)

I don't get why this is on some Kickstarter-clone instead of Kickstarter. Is it because they're not US based or something?

There are some down-sides to Kickstarter. If you want your project to be seen by as many people as possible, Kickstarter has the name brand recognition, like eBay. If you want to use a better service, as soon as you start looking around at Kickstarters competitors, you realize why there are so many people looking for a decent alternative. ...just like ebay.

What the hell happened to this thing? Can't find any news about it past April...

They didn't make their fundraising goal. Then they tried to pass iPhone 5C and HTC One knockoffs that have become vaporware (most like just shutdown really though). They have a storefront, but it's all crap and doesn't seem like anything is selling. Or at least it hasn't been updated in months now.

Man...that Game D looked sick. Wish I could get a prototype somehow.

Because doing it this way makes it easier to scam you out of your money. :)

Does this company even exist, or is the website just a crowdfunding scam? Their flagship "products" are clearly just an iPhone 5C and an HTC one with the logos photoshopped. Plus, they claim to be mentioned in all kinds of news outlets that actually just briefly mention their funding announcements for the phones and this new D-pad.
