Techradar seems to have an iPhone 6... is it real?

We were doubting the 5c leaks like this last year and u know how that went....,

I don't doubt there will be an iphone 6 coming, but that box looks just like the goophone knock off that is absolutely out.

There was a lot of "apple will never make a plastic phone, apple will never make an ipad mini, apple will never go over 3.5, apple will never go over 4"" comments going around for sure.

Fits in with the rumours about redesigned volume buttons, and they try to make it thinner all the time.

I think that is roughly what the iPhone 6 will look like. I say "roughly" because whilst I'm fairly confident that is a legitimate Apple produced device, nobody knows how far along in the production process that was... maybe it has been tweaked since that one was produced.

I was of course completely wrong about this and it's obviously the Goophone clone. But, if the leaks are accurate then expect it to look very similar. That's not a bad thing though as it's a nice looking device

The box that phone came in is freakishly tall, which tends to be a hallmark of fake/knockoff iPhones. Apple keeps trying to get the packaging more and more compact every year, and the copycats can't seem to figure out how to do that.

(Yes I know, the iPhone 6 is allegedly bigger, but that would mean a box that is larger in length in width, not in height).

The shade of white on the button also doesn't match the bezel, which seems darker.

Also, really? No rear shots? An Apple boot screen but no home screen or other iOS8 shots? Cameras are digital now, it's not like they ran out of film or anything.

I think I'll get a Goophone and take a bunch of shots, then sell them to the highest bidder while telling them it's the new Iphone. Cha-Ching!
People seem gullible enough to believe it.

Fake fake fake fake.

Apple hasn't announced it, and they sure haven't released it.

Unless they lost another prototype like the iPhone 4.....this seems unlikely.
