Hi everyone:

I want to change the screen on my 13" MBP. Has anyone changed their screen from glossy to matte via Techrestore?

If yes, what has been your experience? Also, is there any other company that offers the same service?

I'm also interested in this, though, living in Europe, I may just break down and buy the matte 15" instead and keep my warranty (and sanity)

I purchased a 13 MBP last November and I used them to replace the glossy with a matte screen. To me the work was excellent, they were very responsive and the screen was excellent. No problems. To me it looked like I purchased it from Apple. I called them yesterday about the new 2010 model that was released yesterday and they said they will evaluate the new one and release an update sometime in the near future. I would use them again.
