Wow.
This company amazes me. Seriously.
I bought their 2200mAh iPod 2nd Gen battery for my iPod, so I could have lots of juice and not have to worry about plugging it in so much. Well, the battery, after faithful service for about a month or so, started to fail. It would get so hot from charging that it'd balloon, smashing the LCD and putting pressure on the hard disk heads. So I opened it back up, and removed it before it crushed my iPod. I then emailed Techrestore and told them what happened before I went to bed.
I woke up this morning with an email from them saying that a new battery was on its way, and not to worry about having to RMA the orginal one. Now, I dont know about you guys, but thats one awesome company. The speed of their replys and the friendliness of their staff is top-notch stuff. My battery will be arriving on the 13th by DHL.
