Apple's general return policy is to accept something within 14 days of receiving it. However, when I try to initiate a return for my TechWoven case, Apple's website says it's no longer eligible. Is anyone else experiencing this same issue?

What don’t you like about it, out of curiosity?
It's not terrible! But I'm returning it for two main reasons:

1. The iPhone Pro 17 is already heavier than previous generations, so the lighter the case, the better. I found that the case added additional heft on both sides that made it harder to grip for me, and caused very minor wrist pain my first day using the new device. (I'm someone who is holding his phone for 10-12 hours per day though)

and the straw that broke the camel's back for me:

2. The apple logo is a different texture/length than the rest of the case! My index finger rests in the apple, while the rest of my hand is feeling the longer bumpy texture of the rest of the case, and it drives me absolutely crazy.

As a result, I'm switching to the ultra-thin Kevlar cases from Benks. They take 3-4 weeks to ship from China, but I like the texture and weight a lot more when I'm holding it.
