Apps Telegram missing

Ever since WatchOS 9 the Telegram app has been missing on my series 5 watch, but it is on my phone and working perfectly.

Anyone else had this problem? TIA.

Same on AW8 with iPhone 11Pro where I have it for few years.
Telegram app not shows on “Available Apps” on the bottom of main screen of Watch App.

Telegram app seems not to have a version for Apple Watch in the app store currently. I do not know if it had a previous version … and somehow it got removed from your watches … seems weird.

Could it be that Telegram is a russian app?

I have been using Telegram on my iPad, iPhone and Apple Watch for a number of years now and it has worked perfectly. It's only recently that I have noticed it missing.

I think if it was because it's Russian, I think they would have removed it from the iPhone and iPad too.

My guess it was removed due to API change. Same was with Geocaching app ages ago (even before I had AW)

Just seems strange that they would only remove it from the Apple Watch and not the iPhone and iPad.

It's been missing for at least a couple of months. Some people on reddit say the watchOS app is being rejected by the app store, which is why it's not available.
