Telephone interview advice

Has anyone recently had a telephone interview for any retail jobs with Apple? I have one scheduled and wanted your feedback/advice please.

I had an interview over the phone and I wanted some advice before it happened.

It went well so let's see what happened.

My one and only tip would be to not have it.

Be honest in what you say. Make sure you stay calm and very importantly do not ramble on and on. I suggest you have some notes in front of you for some of the standard sort of questions they might ask, like:
Why is this role for you
Previous experience
How have you coped in teams before
That sort of stuff. As I said, do NOT ramble 😛
