Teleport Internal 56K Modem in Mac OS X?

Hey guys how would I go about using this modem with Mac OS X? Is there any way to do it? Where can I find the driver?

I think it should work. However, it should be noted, that card is only installable in Blue and White G3 PowerMac systems.
