    Hey guys,

I'm trying to get myself a nice telescope for photography with my Canon DSLR. Anyone have experience with this? I'd like something with a focal length of about 1000mm... It'd just be nice to have access to a super long lens without paying thousands for a canon one.

That being said, I've been eying the Celestron C90. Anyone have experience with this telescope? Anyone used it for photography before?

I don't have a huge budget but this scope is just about in my price range. Ideas? Thanks!!

I know this is an old thread, but just got re-interested in my old telescope. (heh, it's a Meade DS-114) Hopefully someone may have some incite into photographic-capable setups for a new purchase.

    Thanks!~

I'm more a Meade kinda guy (ha ha, Nikon vs. Canon, Meade vs. Celestron...).

Recently got a Canon 20D and am going to look into mounting it on my Meade..
