So I’ve been using android for many many years now and I finally decided to switch to IOS and I must admit I couldn’t be happier!! So the only thing that has annoyed me is the headphone safety feature this phone has. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and after listening for awhile I get those god awful notifications which I guess I could live with but today I hooked up to my Bluetooth speaker at home and within 1 minute I got all these notifications please tell me this isn’t normal 38 notifications within 1 minute. Couldn’t listen to my music in peace because I kept getting interrupted with notifications. Please help and I apologize if this has been discussed before.

go to Settings,Sounds and Haptics,Headphone Safety, and turn both of them OFF. and if you wish,go to Settings,Bluetooth, click the exclamation mark besides the desired bluetooth device,Device Type, and choose Speaker.

This is the new normal unfortunately, and all you need is to tone down the volume of your listening, theoretically.

You can refer to the other post to change this a bit but Apple will not remove this feature as I believe it is part of EU compliance.

I never received such notification. Not even a single one.

Owh i think i found the culprit. Go to Settings,Accessibility,Audio/Visual. And turn Headphone Notifications OFF.
