Hi all, I've just spent the last two days at CeBIT Australia, which is running at the Darling Harbour Convention Centre in Sydney. The last speaker at the eMarketing & SEO conference today was Chris Smith, CEO of Sensis. For those from overseas, Sensis is the online content, search and transaction division of Telstra, our dominant telco in Australia. Sensis owns the Yellow and White Pages, online and off, as well as popular local alternatives to Google Maps and so on. Chris' speech outlined Tesltra's new and planned moves into mobile search and online content. In the Q & A session he was asked (by the moderator) about the iPhone and Telstra. His comments were: "Watch this space." "Sol (Trujillo - Telstra MD) is a big fan of that touch screen technology." "I'm sure we will be there one way or another." Is this the first 'leak' from Telstra on the iPhone topic?
