My mbpro 15 [2011,2.2]is now idling at 55 degrees with just safari open after i downoaded some recent apple updates,the ones that came out in the last week,im not on lion yet,but have noticed that the temp has risen sharply,
i took the fans out and cleaned them up thinking it may be dust,there was some,but even after the clean,its idling a full 15 degrees hotter than usual,has anyone else experienced this?
normal idle is around 35-40,ive restarted several times,done permission repairs,cache cleans,etc,run maintenance scripts,pm reset,battery drain no change,any ideas?
