temp problems

I've recently docked my MBP and have Vantec lapcool hooked up to it. I've realized that the fans sometimes go on and the MBP is really hot. I installed a temp monitor and got that my CPU cores are at roughly 65 degrees celsius.

The heatsinks are hovering around 46/47 C...

is this a problem?
 
My Macbook tends to hover about the 50C mark with the heatsinks about 30C.

Anything under 100C however is supposed to be fine, according to Apple... I think I am right in stating that.
