My iphone 3g started to vibrate uncontrolably when I turned it on silent. Then after 30 seconds of this, a screen appeared that said "Temperature Warning" and it said I couldn't use my phone. My phone was not hot and I set it down. Then it just shut off and will not turn back on. I am very worried!!!! I tried plugging it in and trying to do a restart but it doesn't work. Does anyone know how to resolve this or know if apple would replace my phone? I dont have the applecare package.
