I've seen quite a few posts about peoples temperatures, where do you access them?
I'm running 10.9.2

Sorry, I probably gave you the wrong name, it is iStat Menus, but iStat Pro will do too, but it is discontinued, though it is free.
It resides in the Dashboard, which you can access via the Launchpad or the Dock or Spotlight.

The icon for Dashboard looks like this:

I use iStat Pro (the Dashboard widget) and it's been so long since I set it up, but you may need to turn on the Temps section - here's mine right now:

I have only got Safari and Mail open though.

Shortly after my post, I actually picked up iStat Menus (the paid version) since it was on sale today. Although the Dashboard widget shows quite a bit, the menu bar version has a lot more tweaks:
