Templates/text fragments for Mail?

Hi,

are there any good solutions for using templates or text fragments in Mail? I need to answer support requests and most of them are very similar. I used MailTemplate before, but it is not that great and doesn't work well with Snow Leopard.

How about using signatures and have the entire message as the signature?

Good idea, I didn't think of that!

Still, would be great if there was a solution that allowed automatically inserting the recipient's name, and things like that.
