Temporary UK mobile number

Hi folks,

I'm looking for an app that will give me a temporary UK mobile number as I'm selling some stuff.

I would prefer to pay for the service as I don't want a number that's been recycled a few times and would most likely get spammed.

I had thought about Burner, but I think it only gives you US or Canadian numbers?

Someone suggested Freedompop, but this works from a sim card from what I understand, and I don't want to go to the hassle of getting a new sim card for what will be a one off.

Exactly. I want to write up an advert and post my mobile number on it - obviously I don't want to post my real number online.

If I get a temporary mobile number that is a non-UK number, people will look at it and think I'm a scammer and not bother getting in touch.

That's exactly what I'm after. Any specific iOS apps that would be suitable?
