TenFourBird and Gmail support?

Right now, I am using my PowerBook G4 and TFB to download email off my Hotmail account, but can't seem to get my Gmail account working with Ten Four Bird. It passed the Google password web authentication and then it keeps checking my password. It works under Ten Four Fox so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Would love to have both Hotmail and Gmail on this email client. Thanks!

Sounds like you may have 2FA for Google on. You'll want to create an app specific password for T4B. See here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185833?hl=en

You need to use the app password given to you to sign in to your Gmail account. That will bypass Google's 2FA. Make sure that when you sign in, you sign in successfully. If you don't, then you need to re-generate another password.
