I would like the terminal command to change the permissions for Admin to Read/Write on the Utilities folder. Apple has restricted admin access using Get Info with El Capitan. Other than logging in as root, I'd like to know of a sudo chmod command for Terminal so I don't have to keep entering my password every time I make changes!

Thanks.
