I have way too many fonts installed, this isn’t causing system problems but many I don’t use and it is too many to search through when trying to find the font(s) I would like to use. I would like to quickly delete all non-default fonts then reinstall [far fewer of] the fonts I want to use. Is this possible?

According to Font Book Help that is what you want. Check the Font Book Help page because it gives details on where it places the removed font files.

I already exported them to a folder in anticipation of RSF confirmation. Thank you.
