Ever since the first beta and now on the GM, some apps won't run, instead quit unexpectedly.

    Error Code: 0x020000f4

When run in terminal I receive "Killed: 9". Console isn't much help. I have SIP disabled and "Allow apps downloaded from:" set to :Anywhere.

Yes, I know the security precautions, etc. yet I cannot run OS X with SIP and have disabled it in Recovery since 10.11 introduction. I don't know what security measure in 10.12 is killing some app's that run perfectly fine in 10.11. I was hoping the beta's were cause during development but running the GM it's clear something else is happening. I've searched endlessly for anything online, but nada. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

What kind of apps are those? What does the app developer say? BTW, a quick google search suggest that your error code might have something to do with invalid app signature. Was the app bundle modified? You can try removing the signature.
