terminal question

I used to have a little app (or may have been tweak) that put terminal on a key combo, when you hit the combo terminal dropped down from the top of the screen all transparent and cool looking. Can anyone help me find it again ? Or was I dreaming ?

EDIT: Got it! It's called Visor, they say its made by the same people who did Quicksilver so you know its gotta be sweet!
