Terminal window too small

Is there a way to increase the size of the terminal window? I saw at work once a guy had it full screen with transparency and everything.

You can just drag it to any size you want, just like any other window...

To enlarge, press the green button in the upper-left corner, or click and drag the bottom-right corner to the size you want.

To set transparency (and other options), under the Terminal menu, select 'Window settings'.
