Terms and conditions help

Ok ordered the iPhone at 4am Friday.
I received the order email.
Do I still need the email for terms and cond?
I Spoke with a few AT&T reps no one can seem to help me.
The funds have already been taking out of my account.
Any one else have this issue?

When I ADDED a line, I got an email with T&C that I had to agree to. Did not get one with an upgraded line.

I did and upgrade so maybe that's why.
The AT&T reps are telling me all kinds of different things.
One said I won't get my phone if I don't agree to the terms.
So who really knows.
I am ready to cancel at this point.
