Just wanted to share my experience with trying to purchase a Pinlo case from MobileFun. I originally purchased my Pinlo Slice directly from Pinlo. It took around 2 weeks to get it as it came from Hong Kong. I liked the case so well that I wanted to purchase another for a back up. I saw that MobileFun had the same case and was shipping from UK so I thought it might be quicker. That's where this story goes wrong. I waited and waited for the case from MobileFun. They sent me several e-mails asking to review the case. So I responded that I hadn't received the case. Took additional e-mails before they responded asking me for the order number. They eventually responded that I would need to wait longer before they could make a claim with their postal service for the missing package. So this would have been 2 months from the time of purchase. I told them the purchase was a Christmas present and February would be too late. They said I would still have to wait and could refund me in February. As I still wanted the case, I placed another order but directly through Pinlo. I received that order shipped from Hong Kong in less than 2 weeks.

Very frustrated - I checked out PayPal's complaint system since I paid MobileFun through them. I'm glad I checked as their deadline for filing a complaint is 45 days and I was running close. If I had waited until MobileFun suggested, I would have been too late.

So after filing the complaint with PayPal, MobileFun is now sending another case even after I told them it's wait too late and I already received the case from another vendor as they refused to resolve the issue for 2 months.

I just want my money refunded for the case I never received.

I wanted to share my experience for anyone thinking of purchasing from MobileFun - buyer beware!

Used them numerous times for about 10 years, no complaints here.

Hi I work for MobileFun in the UK. I'd like to look into your order, and make it up to you, somehow. What is your order number please? and we'll be in touch via email or telephone.
    Thanks

PM me your e-mail address and I'll gladly forward you the long trail of e-mails with the order number. I would love some help to get this resolved.

I believe MobileFun will need a post count of 5 before he/she can PM.

I had a similar issue. Had ordered a Case mate case from them for my i5 before I received the case they started sending me emails to review the product. And finally after 1month of waiting I received my product. The only issue is that they keep sending you emails to review and actually the product has not been yet delivered lol.

So can I PM him? I've PM'ed before but as a reply.

    ----------

Yeah - pretty much the same with me. I expected a couple of weeks wait or maybe even 3 weeks with the holidays but asking a customer to wait 2 months is really just absurd. And to push the wait time beyond the PayPal dispute time, doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy.

As I said before, I received the case from Hong Kong in less than 2 weeks and now just want a refund for the case that never arrived.

    I was stolen

I made an order on March 5, 2014 (order ID 3702172). Today is June 20, 2014, and my products was never send to me. I opened 8 resolution tickets, and they never answered me. I want a refund, but I am starting to believe that they will never give my money back. I was stolen.

They are Cheaters Simple is that!

I made an order (Ref # AI5448804) I liked a back case for my S6 Edge plus, I paid by my credit card and I received a confirmation email. After 10 days I emailed them about my order I received an email from a CSR Named "Annie" she said you will have your item very soon! its been 20 days I have not heard back from them they do not reply my emails. They are a fake company and they skip small orders and make free money from people not located in UK! Please never order with this company.
