Just wanted to share my experience with trying to purchase a Pinlo case from MobileFun. I originally purchased my Pinlo Slice directly from Pinlo. It took around 2 weeks to get it as it came from Hong Kong. I liked the case so well that I wanted to purchase another for a back up. I saw that MobileFun had the same case and was shipping from UK so I thought it might be quicker. That's where this story goes wrong. I waited and waited for the case from MobileFun. They sent me several e-mails asking to review the case. So I responded that I hadn't received the case. Took additional e-mails before they responded asking me for the order number. They eventually responded that I would need to wait longer before they could make a claim with their postal service for the missing package. So this would have been 2 months from the time of purchase. I told them the purchase was a Christmas present and February would be too late. They said I would still have to wait and could refund me in February. As I still wanted the case, I placed another order but directly through Pinlo. I received that order shipped from Hong Kong in less than 2 weeks. Very frustrated - I checked out PayPal's complaint system since I paid MobileFun through them. I'm glad I checked as their deadline for filing a complaint is 45 days and I was running close. If I had waited until MobileFun suggested, I would have been too late. So after filing the complaint with PayPal, MobileFun is now sending another case even after I told them it's wait too late and I already received the case from another vendor as they refused to resolve the issue for 2 months. I just want my money refunded for the case I never received. I wanted to share my experience for anyone thinking of purchasing from MobileFun - buyer beware!
