Terrible load times for videos on iPhone 6+ over LTE?

Anyone else having this problem? Whenever I load a video through YouTube or any other site over the Internet, it plays like 2 seconds, then stops and loads/buffers/ whatever and only plays a few seconds at a time before it has to load some more. I have ATT. Says I have a good signal. Never had this problem on my iPhone 5. Works great over wifi though.

There's another thread around addressing this. You'll have to call up ATT to resolve this, find the thread first about slow LTE speeds.
