One interesting thing is also ONLY 135W power supply ...

What is strange for me is only 135W Power supply since older TB3 has 180W which has also 85w USB-C Power delivery and this new one has 90W + up to 3x 15W + 4x USB with some W of power ?

There have been previous posts from people looking for USB-C hubs that have both USB-C power and USB-C data ports. I just got this 7-in-1 hub from Anker -

I tested it with my 2018 12.9 Pro on iPadOS 13.7. I simultaneously attached a 500GB Samsung T5 SSD via USB-C, a 4TB Western Digital My Passport via USB3, and inserted a 256GB SanDisk SD card. All are formatted exFAT. I connected to an LG 4K monitor via HDMI. All devices were visible and usable in both Files and FileBrowser. Pass-through power from a RAVPower 45W USB-C charger also worked. I did try a USB-C to DisplayPort cable with the monitor but video is not supported (HDMI was fine). Looks like a winner. $36 on Amazon. A pricier version with Ethernet is also available.
Hi, macrumors members. I'm Len and I'm up in Alberta on this -24C morning.

I'm looking for advice on buying a suitable Anker Power Hub for my newly purchased 8th Generation 32GB iPad. I want to use it solely for recording with Garageband. If I can find a compatible Anker Power Hub, I will plug my Steinberg CL1 audio interface into it. This audio interface is 10 years old and I have been thinking about upgrading to a Focusrite 2i2 or a Steinberg UR44.

Any advice on choosing the proper Anker Power Hub would be greatly appreciated. I have been on the Amazon and Anker websites looking at Anker Power Hubs. I've seen references to Hubs for the iPadPro but wasn't sure if they would be cpmpatible with the 8th Gen 32GB iPad I purchased.

My iPad has the USB-C connection.
