Testflight app question

I have a developer that said he invited me to test out an app.He said the email was sent but i didn't get it.does it take time for the email for arrive? It's about 14 hours now.

You should have received it by now. Make sure he sent it to the correct email address. Also, check the spam folder just in case it ended up there by mistake.

I would have him send it again.

Nope and he sent it to 2 email address.Maybe apple has to review it before they allow me to test?
