Testing for the faulty RAM in MDD G4

Is there an application to test which are the faulty RAM in Powermac G4?
I'm running Sorbet Leopard at the moment...

Although it says it's for Leopard and newer, I've found it buggy on Leopard (for example, Quit Finder feature doesn't work).

Using v0.3.4b on Tiger is more reliable (in case you can run Tiger).
