Tether and fax?

I don't like to double post, but I did a quick mroogle and didn't see a good/recent response.

I want to connect my IP4 to MBP and send a fax. Is that at all possible? Thanks!

I am almost certain that there is no way to send a fax through a cell phone.

ETA: There are some online services that you can use to send and receive faxes. That is the only way I can think you could send a fax through a cell phone (via the data connection not the voice connection that a fax uses).
