Is there a way to tether an iphone to ethernet without a computer?
Like with a USB to ethernet adapter.

they do exist but im sure ios does not have drivers for that.

What you can do is tether your iphone internet using wifi to an airport express / airport extreme (not sure) and I think there is an option where u can "extend" your wireless internet to the ethernet port located in these routers.
