tethered 4.2.1 3GS stuck at 'restarting springboard'

Hi, my tethered 3gs is stuck at 'restarting springboard', after trying to install winterboard, and doing a manual respring, instead of pressing reboot device. What should i do?

Winterboard requires a reboot after installing. Hook up your iPhone to the computer and run redsn0w in tethered more. It will turn back on.

What is your baseband version and do you have an old bootrom or a new one?

when i open redsn0w it asks for the ipsw, which i dont have anymore, what should i do?
