Tethered jailbreak gone bad, help

So my tethered jailbreak fear has happened.. I'm a long way from home and my iPhone 4 reset while using mywi. Now I'm staring at an apple logo.. I'm 2000 miles from my Mac and can't reboot. I have another computer that has iTunes on it but I can't get the PC to recognize the phone because it won't boot.. I'm okay with doing a complete restore at this point.. But how do I get there?

Any suggestions? I'd hate to have to go buy a new phone just to get me home..

reboot the device with snowbreeze, it will reboot your phone like it was before.

I don't care if 4.3 gives you psychic powers. Why use a tethered jb if you're going to be that far from the computer? Unless the user just got an iPhone, there's no reason to be using a tethered jb when 4.2.1 works.
