iPhone Tethering App

Is there an app in Cydia that will stay on in the background and when I turn my iPad on and it's not connected to WiFi, it will automatically connect to my phone?

I would think that would be a severe battery killer !

A touch or 2 on iPhone when you need to tether isn't unreasonable.

True, guess I'll continue that.

What's the best one out? I use to use MyWi and now I use PDAnet.

Not exactly the same.
Some have more features and options than others.
Tetheme is the basic one that enabled the native tethering options and menu.
Mywi lets you do many other things that tetherme doesnt.
